Last night the party of the year was in the center of New York City and few of our favorite celebs stopped by to have some fun... and get paid.

VOYR drops another episode of their behind the scenes look at the Watch The Throne Tour.  This time they cruise around Chi-Town as Kanye talks about his childhood.  And they actually made a left down Lake Shore Drive.

Yo! MTV Raps returns!! The Classic Cuts episodes are edicated to the music that made people fall in love with hip hop.  And the show's original host, Ed Lover took to the airwaves over at New York's Hot 97 to 1 hour Throwback mix in celebration of that music.

Yeezy narrates the first episode of the Watch The Throne Tour diary.  In this episode Kanye realizes how powerful he's become and imagines world leaders attending his funeral.  Only Yeezy!! Good stuff here.

It's been exactly 15 years since Andre Young aka Dr. Dre jump off the sinking ship known as Deathrow Records and dropped the first release on his new Aftermath imprint. Let's be thankful he made that decision.

As you all may have heard Jay-Z and Kanye opened a Watch The Throne pop-up store in NYC's SoHo district.  From what I was told by security I missed the first day hoopla by showing up for the last 2 hours of the last day of the event.  Security also warned me about taking pictures.  Yeah... right!!

When I started this blog back in '08, I did it for two reasons.  One was because I could show my web design skills to the world and because I could download any music I wanted even if it wasn't released yet.  And when I heard Ye and Hov's Watch The Throne had a release date I was watching for the leak... until last night.

Diggy stopped by The Beat 106.5 and dropped a freestyle.  And it's plain to see where his influence comes from.  Check the video of Diggie's freestyle and his Dad's performace of Beats To The Rhyme back in the day.  Uncanny!
